Register your speaker or light in the Soundboks app, and we'll add an extra year of warranty on top of your standard coverage free of charge. This is what we call the Soundboks Limited Commercial Warranty.
How it works
- Buy your product directly from Soundboks.com (or our Amazon store)
- Register it in the Soundboks app before your standard warranty runs out
- The extra year kicks in automatically once your standard warranty period ends, no extra steps needed
Which products qualify
This applies to our app-enabled speakers and lights. It does not apply to Soundboks 2, which can't be registered in the app.
What's covered
We'll repair or replace the product (or send you a DIY repair kit) for defects caused by a material or manufacturing fault, the same way we handle a standard warranty claim.
What's not covered
- Shipping costs for parts or for sending your speaker in for repair
- Accessories bought separately or alongside your product (Battery, charger, backpack)
- Cosmetic damage, misuse, or damage from non-Soundboks parts or unauthorized repairs
This extra year runs alongside your legal rights, it doesn't replace or limit them. For the full legal terms, see our Terms & Conditions, Section 10.
