SOUNDBOKS COMMERCIAL LIMITED WARRANTY

The SOUNDBOKS commercial Limited Warranty extends SOUNDBOKS warranty obligations with one (1) year.

The customer must complete the necessary steps when registering their SOUNDBOKS in the app before the end of their legal guarantee period in order to gain the SOUNDBOKS commercial Limited Warranty.

The SOUNDBOKS commercial Limited Warranty is only available for customers who purchased a SOUNDBOKS (Gen. 3), SOUNDBOKS Go or SOUNDBOKS 4 below referred to as “SOUNDBOKS”, directly from SOUNDBOKS.com, or from SOUNDBOKS seller account on Amazon.

The legal guarantee as well as the SOUNDBOKS One (1) year of extra limited warranty will be automatically added to the registered product. This extra year of warranty is only activated, if your current default warranty is still valid, when you register your product.
The extra year of limited warranty begins to take place when the legal guarantee of the product expires, and lasts for 12 months.

SOUNDBOKS provides an extension of the legal guarantee for any defects arising for an additional year from the transfer of the risk which can be proven to have been caused due to a material deficiency or a manufacturing error.

The SOUNDBOKS commercial Limited Warranty does not interfere or replace any legal regulations of the legal guarantee. Customers have no legal rights to claim warranty extensions for services (such as repairs) carried out by the SOUNDBOKS Limited Warranty.

The SOUNDBOKS Limited Warranty does not include:

• Cost of shipping of the replacement parts to the customer OR shipping cost of the speaker to be repaired.

• Repair and/or replacement of any SOUNDBOKS accessories purchased with or separately from the registered Product including, but not limited to: BATTERYBOKS, THE BATTERY, CHARGER, BACKPACK.

Product defects which are recognised by SOUNDBOKS as being subject to the guarantee obligation shall be remedied as follows, at our discretion: The customer shall either be provided with a Do-it-Yourself (DIY) repair kit or the defective product shall be repaired free of charge, or replaced with a fully functional product (a subsequent model, if necessary). Products and components which have been replaced shall become the property of SOUNDBOKS.

Claims other than the right to remedy defects referred to in these terms and conditions of guarantee are not covered by this guarantee.

Guarantee claims must be asserted within the extended limited warranty period.
