A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
If this is your first SOUNDBOKS product, you’ll need to create a profile in the SOUNDBOKS App. When you do, you’ll be prompted to register your product.
Keep in mind, that you can only register the SOUNDBOKS Gen. 3 or the SOUNDBOKS Go so far, as only those two devices are compatible with the app.
If you have a profile in our App already, you can register a new product in your profile section under “My Devices”.
Open the app and it will scan and find your product. Select the product you want to register, wait for the orange circle to close and tap Continue.
Fill in your SOUNDBOKS product information, including:
- place of purchase (SOUNDBOKS official Amazon Shop, our SOUNDBOKS official webshop, and “Other” for any other retailer or seller)
- order number and/or invoice number
- and/or the serial number of your device (found in the battery slot).
After you have provided the information, please follow the instructions in the App.
You have now successfully registered your SOUNDBOKS product and have access to advanced security features + more.
