WHERE IS MY ORDER

Once your order is placed, you will be able to track your order by using the tracking number available in the “Order #### tracking number” email. 

Let’s make sure that we avoid confusion: we like to keep you informed, so you will be receiving two emails. 

1. “Order confirmation” - summarizing the items included in your order, however, this does not include your tracking number.
2. “Order #### tracking number” - including a tracking number that shows you where your package is.

Usually you will be able to track your order instantly. Sometimes, however, you may need to give it some time, before you will be able to see more details.
