If you decide to return your SOUNDBOKS, our support team will assist you through the whole process. Please note that you have to cover the delivery costs upon return of the item. Sadly, the delivery costs are not refundable.
If you are located within one of the countries that have additional income taxes or duties, we’ll assist you getting your refund from customs. This requires documentation from us on the return of the item, and confirmed delivery provided by the chosen shipping company.
