We apply local VAT, duties and other charges in accordance with local regulations
Orders to EU countries, Norway and United Kingdom are sold with VAT/MVA and all
applicable import duties and local charges included.
Orders to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and regions* outside of the EU VAT directive are sold
excluding VAT/MWA, import duties and charges. These taxes, import duties and charges must
be paid by the buyer to local authorities to release the goods from customs/postal service upon
receipt. Applicable taxes, import duties and other charges are not calculated during check out.
The additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you decide to return your SOUNDBOKS, our support team will assist you through the whole process.
SOUNDBOKS offers a 30-day free return policy on the SOUNDBOKS 2 and the New SOUNDBOKS for all European customers, except for NO, Switzerland, UK who will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
US/NA
We apply local taxes and other charges in accordance with local regulations.
On our US and Canadian webshop products are sold including sales tax where applicable. The sales tax is calculated during check-out based on your location and collected by SOUNDBOKS.
SOUNDBOKS offers a 30-day free return policy on the SOUNDBOKS 2 and 100-day free return policy on the New SOUNDBOKS for all North American customers.
To request a refund, please contact the Community Team at info@SOUNDBOKS.com.
If you are located within one of the countries that have additional VAT or duties, we’ll assist you getting your refund from customs. This requires documentation from us on the return of the item, and confirmed delivery provided by the chosen shipping company.
