Why does battery life increase with more intense energy levels?
Chill uses the most energy because smoothly dimming the light requires the most power. On the flip side, Rave has the longest battery life because the sharp flashing uses the least sustained power.
How does Uplight mode affect the hardware?
To ensure product longevity and proper thermal management while keeping all 7 LEDs on simultaneously, the brightness in Uplight mode is set to 0.6x of the standard energy levels.
How do I control Uplight mode?
Uplight mode is app-only. If you press the physical Energy Level button on the Lightboks itself, it will exit Uplight mode and loop back to Chill/Dance/Rave.
