CHARGER PLUG

Please only use the power cable that we provided along with the product. Be aware that the SOUNDBOKS may turn off when played at maximum volume if the sole power source is the charger. You can avoid this if you insert your battery into the battery slot-in, because the power stored in the battery is more readily available.

Please note that as a standard we provide power cables with European (Type F) and American (Type B) plugs. At checkout, you will also have the option to add a UK (Type G) or Swiss (Type J) plug to your order at no additional cost.  

If your country uses a different plug, it is your responsibility to find a corresponding power adapter (110V or 220V -  50/60 Hz). 

Keep in mind that changing to a correct wall-plug is your own responsibility and that SOUNDBOKS is not responsible for any kind of malfunction with external products.

Note that SOUNDBOKS strongly discourage submerging or leaving SOUNDBOKS products outside at any time. SOUNDBOKS is also not liable for any kind of modification, rebuilding or irregular use of the products.
