All SOUNDBOKS products are covered by a two-year limited consumer warranty, issued by SOUNDBOKS ApS. The warranty will vary depending on regulations within specific EU and non-EU countries, including but not limited to; England, Wales, Ireland, Sweden, and Norway. The warranty is issued to customers who buy a new item directly from SOUNDBOKS ApS. This warranty cannot be assigned or transferred to any subsequent purchaser or user without sufficient documentation/proof of purchase.
SOUNDBOKS ApS warrants to the customer that the device will, under normal use, function substantially in accordance with SOUNDBOKS ApS technical specifications or accompanying product documentation for a period of two years from the day the customers receives the product. Ultimately, SOUNDBOKS ApS does not offer warranty for customer induced damage and therefore, SOUNDBOKS ApS does not offer repairs in those situations.
*If the problem is caused by the customer him-/herself, SOUNDBOKS does NOT cover the repair. If the customer has tried to fix the problem, especially, but not only in relations to interior alterations without any consultant from a SOUNDBOKS employee, and the problem was not solved, SOUNDBOKS does NOT cover the repair.
If a SOUNDBOKS item is purchased through a third party seller that is separate from a SOUNDBOKS official distributor, no warranty is provided by SOUNDBOKS.
Should assistance be needed under these circumstances, we are happy to help with diagnosis and repair, but the customer will be responsible for parts and shipping costs.
Official resellers such as Amazon, and other speciality retailers, may or may not offer a limited consumer warranty, you can contact us for more info about the specific reseller.
