When you buy a product through our website, you will end up at a ‘Thank You!’-page. Here you can find all information about your purchase and your order. This includes:
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Total amount of money spent
- Payment method
- What product(s) you bought
- Customer details: email address and phone number
- Shipping expenses and VAT
- Billing and shipping address
All this information will also be sent to you in the next two emails that you will receive after you have made a purchase.
The first email that you'll receive includes all the information listed above. This email is sent to tell you that we are processing your order. This means that we have received your order and that our Finance Team is verifying it. You will receive the last email when this process has been completed.
This is the second and last email you'll receive.
At this point, your payment will be transferred and we will attach the invoice to this email. Furthermore, your order will be packed and shipped out shortly. We will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to follow the shipping status of your SOUNDBOKS order. Please note that this number can take up to two days to become active.
You can use this number to track your order online on our shipping partners' websites (either TNT in Europe, or FedEx outside of Europe).
