Just go to your profile in the app, click on ‘Report a bug’ and then select ‘Suggest an Improvement’. Your feedback will directly go to our Product Development Team.
Please note, that our office is not open for walk-ins in need of assistance with their product (i.e. drop off before repair/pick up after repair). Please reach out to our Customer Service Team, so they can find a solution with you.
