There can be several reasons for this:
1. Your SOUNDBOKS is on its way. If you would like to track the status of your SOUNDBOKS, you can use the Track & Trace number you received after purchase. Please note that if you ordered from the U.S., your SOUNDBOKS can be 'In transit' for up to ten days due to US customs.
2. There was nobody to receive the SOUNDBOKS at the shipping address. Our shipping company TNT has been instructed not to leave any packages at the customer's door. They can complete the delivery only if they get a signature. If you were not home, they will contact you and arrange a new delivery time.
3. Wrong shipping address has been provided. In that case, please send the new address to firstname.lastname@example.org.
