There could be several reasons for this:
1. Your SOUNDBOKS is on its way. If you would like to check the status of your SOUNDBOKS order, you can use the tracking number you received after your purchase (in the second email).
Please note that if you ordered from the U.S., your SOUNDBOKS order can be 'In transit' for up to ten days due to U.S. customs.
2. There was nobody to receive the SOUNDBOKS order at the shipping address. Please note that our shipping companies, TNT and FedEx, has been instructed not to leave any packages at the customer's door. They can only complete the delivery if they get a signature.
If you are not home, they will contact you and arrange a new delivery time.
3. The shipping address written during your purchase is incorrect.
If this is the case, please contact our Customer Support and tell them to change the address.
