The Bluetooth module is ON when the SOUNDBOKS 1 is ON. If you have trouble connecting a Bluetooth device to your SOUNDBOKS, please make sure that you are within range and your device is Bluetooth 3.0 capable. If your device doesn't work, please try to connect it to another Bluetooth speaker/headphones, etc.
In some cases, forgetting/erasing the SOUNDBOKS Bluetooth connection from your device and discovering/connecting it again, may help.
If it still doesn't work, it might be an error in production. However, it is very rare. Our customers usually ask about range, which is something we cannot do anything about at the moment.
