You can only submit a request to cancel your order before you receive the Shipping email. You can learn more about the confirmation emails here.
Please note that your request may not be approved if your order has already been shipped.
To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support at email@example.com with all your order details.
If your order cannot be cancelled, you will get an e-mail notification when the order has been shipped.
