From January 20, 2020 we're offering a new return policy for customers who purchased their products on SOUNDBOKS.com.
SOUNDBOKS offers a 30-day return policy - To request a refund, please contact the Community Team at info@SOUNDBOKS.com.
We need to inform you that, in order to get a refund from SOUNDBOKS, the product needs to have been bought directly from us. If you have bought the item through a SOUNDBOKS distributor such as Hifi-Klubben, Amazon or any other retailer, please contact them directly to request a refund.
Please read below to learn more about the condition that applies, including shipping information:
- All orders placed after January 20, 2020, will be applicable for free returns, no fees (no shipping fee, no restocking fee) when shipping your speaker back to us if you aren't satisfied with the product.
- Use your new SOUNDBOKS speaker under normal conditions for the full 30-days, and return it without deductions. Scratches, dents and other cosmetic damage will not be deducted from your refund. Some exceptions apply:
- If any items are missing from the box, you will be charged the full retail price for the missing items excluding the information envelope.
- We cannot accept returns of speakers that have been modified in any way (including adding stickers or customizing the grill) or that are damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
- We cannot offer a full refund if parts of the SOUNDBOKS is missing.
- In order for a full refund to be granted, all items need to be returned (SOUNDBOKS, BATTERYBOKS, Charger, including promotional items)
- Make sure to return the SOUNDBOKS product within the original box to ensure that the product is returned to SOUNDBOKS safely.
- If you are returning an accessory purchased separately on SOUNDBOKS.com you will also have a 30-day return window, but please be aware that the item needs to be in new condition.
- SOUNDBOKS batteries need to be declared as dangerous goods. Therefore, the package has a Lithium ION battery label sticker. Please make sure that this is still visible
When your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a notification e-mail. We will also inform you if the item(s) meets the conditions for a full refund.
Refunds are usually processed within 7-10 days. The money may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.
