Europe: SOUNDBOKS allows for free returns for up to 30 days for the SOUNDBOKS (Gen. 2) and SOUNDBOKS (Gen. 3), Go and SOUNDBOKS 4.
North America: SOUNDBOKS allows for free returns
- for up to 45 days on SOUNDBOKS (Gen. 3) & SOUNDBOKS Go, and SOUNDBOKS 4
- for up to 30 days on SOUNDBOKS (Gen. 2) & all refurbished SOUNDBOKS.
Go out there and try your SOUNDBOKS at 11, and if you aren’t completely satisfied, the return will be completely free: No shipping fees and no restocking fees.
Your original form of payment will be refunded in full.

* If there aren't any functional issues with the SOUNDBOKS, you will receive a full refund within 45 days.
*Exceptions: Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of speakers that have been modified in any way (including adding stickers, or customizing the grill) or that are damaged beyond normal wear and tear**. In order for a full refund to be granted, all items need to be returned (SOUNDBOKS, BATTERYBOKS, Charger, including promotional items)
For returns of bundles, all bundle products must be received back to receive a full refund. For any missing items (for example, Tripod, Backpack, etc), the value of the missing item will be deducted from the refund.
**Normal wear and tear means that all mechanical components are completely functional, but light cosmetic markings may be accepted.
If any items are missing from the box, you will be charged the full retail price for the missing items.
Please return all SOUNDBOKS products in their original packaging. SOUNDBOKS does not cover product damages due to transportation if the product is not returned in the original SOUNDBOKS packaging.
If you have purchased any SOUNDBOKS Accessories a 30-day return policy applies, and all items need to be returned in their original packaging in pristine condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns of items not in new condition. Shipping cost will apply for all accessory returns.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, please check your email for a shipping confirmation.
- If you have received a shipping confirmation email, it's too late to cancel your order. However, you can return the item for a full refund once it arrives by following our return process.
- If you have not received a shipping confirmation email yet, please contact us as soon as possible at info@soundboks.com. We’ll do our best to cancel your order before it ships.
