THE BATTERY can be fully recharged in 2 hours with the official USB-C SOUNDBOKS Charger.
For the maximum charging rate, we recommend you use a 65W USB-C PD charger, for example a Laptop charger.
Below is an estimated time from empty to fully charged depending on the charger capacity :

Can I play while charging THE BATTERY?
Yes! We have heard you, and you can now play while charging!
You can safely leave THE BATTERY plugged into the charger and use your SOUNDBOKS at full volume!
Can I charge my phone and THE BATTERY at the same time?
This is not possible due to THE BATTERY having one USB-C plug.
Does THE BATTERY support fast charging?
To charge THE BATTERY, a full charge takes around 2 hours with a 65W charger. There are a lot of different technologies which have been referred to as “fast charging” and there’s no legal consensus on what it means.
Most of the “fast chargers” you'll find on the market will charge THE BATTERY slower than THE SOUNDBOKS CHARGER will.
This is simply because THE BATTERY is much larger than a typical phone battery.
When we compare a “fast charger” connected to a phone versus connected to THE BATTERY, the power delivered by the charger will be the same but the charging time will be longer, simply because THE BATTERY has a bigger capacity than a smartphone.
Can I charge THE BATTERY with my old SOUNDBOKS charger (T plug)?
Unfortunately, no.
Using the previous generation of the SOUNDBOKS CHARGER (T-plug) will not work and might degrade your battery's performance over time. Stick with a USB-C Charger to ensure optimal performance and longevity for your SOUNDBOKS!
