How to delete your SOUNDBOKS account
At SOUNDBOKS, we believe in empowering our users to have full control over their data and account settings. Whether you want to close your account for privacy reasons or simply no longer need it, we have made the process straightforward. Below, we outline two methods to delete your SOUNDBOKS account: through the app or by contacting our Community Support team.
Option 1: Delete Your Account via the SOUNDBOKS App
If you prefer a seamless in-app experience, you can delete your SOUNDBOKS account directly from your mobile device. Here is how:

Open the SOUNDBOKS app on your smartphone or tablet.

Navigate to the Profile tab within the app.

Look for the option to manage your Account details.

Scroll to the bottom, and you should find an option to delete your account.

Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the deletion of your account and associated data.
Option 2: Contact SOUNDBOKS Community Support
If you have uninstalled the app or prefer to delete your account through other means, our Community Support team is here to assist you. You can request account deletion by sending an email via our contact form from the email account you want to delete. Please include “Account Deletion Request” in the subject line and select the subject ‘App’.
Upon receiving your request, we will process the account deletion and ensure that your data is handled securely and in accordance with our privacy policies.
Important Information
Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems, and it cannot be undone. This includes any personal information and preferences.
