I am connected to my speaker but music is not playing?
If you find yourself connected to your speaker through the app, yet the music remains silent, it could be because you're not also connected via your phone's native Bluetooth. Please ensure the following:
Verify Bluetooth connection:
Ensure that your phone is connected to your SOUNDBOKS #123456 in your phone's Bluetooth settings.
Confirm Bluetooth name:
Double-check that the Bluetooth name of the speaker in your phone's Bluetooth settings still includes your Team ID, as the app relies on this information for a successful connection.
If you are part of a team and wish to play music via Bluetooth, it's essential that your HOST is connected both through the app and your phone's native Bluetooth.
Why do I need to connect both from the app and from my phone’s Bluetooth?
At SOUNDBOKS we work with two different type of connections:
SOUNDBOKS APP Connection:
This connection is designed for controlling your speaker, allowing you to adjust settings such as volume, equalizer settings, and other features.
Phone's Bluetooth Connection:
This connection facilitates the streaming of music from your phone to the speaker via Bluetooth.
By connecting through both methods, you ensure a seamless experience where you can not only manage your speaker's settings but also enjoy your music without interruption.
