How do I connect to my device?
To connect to your device using the app, follow these steps:
- Ensure you're logged in to the app.
- Tap the "+" button located under "Devices."
Once you tap the "+" button, the app will begin searching for nearby devices. For this to work, your Soundboks or Lightboks should be powered on and your phone's Bluetooth must be enabled.
The app can’t find my device?
If the app is unable to find your device, please consider the following troubleshooting steps:

Forget your Soundboks (*speakers only):
- Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
- Forget your Soundboks.
- Reconnect to your Soundboks in your phone's Bluetooth settings.
- Retry looking for your Soundboks in the app.
2. Check connectivity:
Ensure that no other devices are currently connected to your Soundboks or Lightboks. If another device is connected, the app may not detect the one you want to use as "available".
Permissions for Android users:
If you are using an Android device, verify that the Soundboks App has the necessary permissions for location and device access (only below OS 30)
Pairing mode (*speakers only):
Confirm that your Soundboks speaker is in pairing mode. You can identify this mode when the Bluetooth icon on your speaker is blue and blinking.
