How do I connect to my speaker?
To connect to your speaker using the app, follow these steps:
Ensure you're logged in to the app.
Tap the "+" button located under "Devices."
Once you tap the "+" button, the app will begin searching for nearby devices. For this to work, your SOUNDBOKS should be powered on, and your phone's Bluetooth must be enabled.
The app can’t find my speaker?
If the app is unable to find your speaker, please consider the following troubleshooting steps:
- Forget your SOUNDBOKS:
- Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
- Forget the SOUNDBOKS device.
- Reconnect to your SOUNDBOKS in your phone's Bluetooth settings.
- Retry looking for your device with the app.
Check connectivity:
Ensure that no other devices are currently connected to your speaker. If another device is connected, the app may not detect it as an "available" device.Permissions for Android Users:
If you are using an Android device, verify that the SOUNDBOKS app has the necessary permissions for location and device access.
Pairing mode:
Confirm that your speaker is in pairing mode. You can identify this mode when the Bluetooth icon on your speaker is blue and blinking.
