How do I register my speaker?
To get started, open the app and establish a connection with your speaker. Once the connection is established, you can register your device by following these steps*:

Click the three dots located on the right side of the card.

Navigate to the "About My Device" section.
*(Keep in mind that SOUNDBOKS Gen.1 and Gen.2 cannot be registered in the app.)
What information do I need to fill-in?
To complete the registration process, you'll need to provide essential SOUNDBOKS product information. Please fill in the following details:
1. Place of purchase:
- SOUNDBOKS.com:
Choose this option if you purchased your speaker from the official SOUNDBOKS web-shop. - Amazon:
Select this option if you made your purchase through the official SOUNDBOKS Amazon Shop. - Other:
If you acquired your speaker from any other retailer or seller, please choose this option.
2. Order number and/or invoice number:
You can locate these details in the email associated with your order.
3. Serial number:
You'll find the serial number of your device inside the battery slot.
Once you've provided this information, kindly proceed to follow the instructions provided within the app to complete the registration process.
How do I unregister my speaker?
After successfully registering your product, you have the option to unregister it within the speaker settings, located under "About My Speaker." Simply click on "Remove from Account" to initiate the process.
When you unregister your speaker, it disassociates from your account, making it available for registration once more.
- Keep in mind that by unregistering your speaker, you will also “unlock” it, should it have been locked previously.
