How do I register my device?
To get started, open the app and establish a connection with your device. Once the connection is established, you can register your device by following these steps*:
- Click the three dots located on the right side of the card.
- Navigate to the "About My Device" section.
- Keep in mind that SOUNDBOKS Gen.1 and Gen.2 cannot be registered in the app.
What information do I need to fill-in?
To complete the registration process, you'll need to provide essential Soundboks product information. Please fill in the following details:
- Place of purchase:
SOUNDBOKS.com:
Choose this option if you purchased your device from the official Soundboks web-shop.
Amazon:
Select this option if you made your purchase through the official Soundboks Amazon Shop.
Other:
If you acquired your device from any other retailer or seller, please choose this option.
- Order number and/or invoice number:
You can locate these details in the email associated with your order.
- Serial number:
If you have a Soundboks, you'll find the serial number inside the battery slot. With Lightboks, you’ll find the serial number underneath on a small black sticker.
Once you've provided this information, kindly proceed to follow the instructions provided within the app to complete the registration process.
How do I unregister my device?
After successfully registering your product, you have the option to unregister it within the product settings in the app. Click on the three dots > "About My device" > "Remove from Account" to initiate the process.
When you unregister your Soundboks device, it disassociates from your account, making it available for registration once more.
