If you are experiencing sound problems with your SOUNDBOKS, you can do the following things to fix it:
- Check if the problem occurs only with Bluetooth or also when using the AUX cable
- Check if it sounds the same when using the batteries and the charger cable
- Try to use a different device (phone, tablet or laptop)
- Try different songs - sometimes it helps to use a different file with a better quality
- Try a different music platform (i.e. YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, etc.)
- Try to turn down the volume on your phone/tablet/laptop/mixer
